Rental Information for
Fairwater Lions Clubhouse

The Fairwater Lions Clubhouse is available for rental to groups in the immediate Fairwater area. Reservations can be made and rental fees paid at the Stellmacher Lumber Company office at 411 Main Street, Fairwater.

The Clubhouse rental fee is $50 for a 24-hour period beginning at 9:00 A.M. on the day reserved and ending at 9:00 A.M. the following day. Clubhouse cleanup and removal of all personal items must be completed by the end of the rental period.

A deposit of $25 is required to reserve the clubhouse. The Fairwater Lions will refund the $25 deposit if the rental is cancelled 10 or more days prior to the rental date. The deposit cannot be returned if made fewer than ten days before the scheduled date.

Clubhouse rental includes use of restroom facilities and kitchen facilities including stove, sink and refrigerator. By prior special arrangement, a refrigerated cooler and/or slow cooker will also be provided.

The Clubhouse seating capacity is 50.
